Research Associate
George is a recent graduate of the University of Toronto’s Master of Education in Developmental Psychology & Education (MEd). His research interests centre on children’s psychology and well-being, as well as adult mental health with a particular focus on structural violence.
He is currently a Research Associate at the Albanian-Canadian Mental Health Centre (ACMH), where he is involved in research exploring how cultural norms, historical oppression, and intergenerational trauma influence mental health outcomes in Albanian communities—both in Albania & Kosovo and across the diaspora.
George aspires to become a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to serving underrepresented and marginalized communities, providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care.
