Hello, I’m Gazmira Agako, and I am pleased to be part of the team at ACMH as an administrative assistant. With over 15 years of experience in administrative roles, including positions such as Payroll Supervisor at Laborie and Senior Payroll Analyst at Oxford Properties Group, I bring a wealth of experience in process management, client relations, and organizational efficiency.
In my role at ACMH, I work closely with clients to assess their needs, provide detailed information about our services, clinic policies, and fees, and ensure a seamless process in setting up initial appointments with the appropriate therapist. My objective is to ensure that each client feels informed, supported, and comfortable from the very beginning of their journey with us.
Fluent in both English and Albanian, I am passionate about mental health advocacy and dedicated to helping reduce barriers to accessing care within our community. I look forward to supporting you and ensuring your experience with our clinic is positive and seamless.
